• Full-time mid-shift position (3 shifts per week, 7 pm to 7 am EST).

• Provide clinical support via phone, remote access, and texting.
• Assist physicians with EMR systems.
• Train clinical support staff and client personnel.
• Support Home Sleep Testing patients.
• Evaluate and analyze sleep study data.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with staff and patients.

Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Current RPSGT credential.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• 5+ years of experience in sleep medicine.
• Knowledge of polysomnography protocols.
• Ability to analyze data and resolve technical issues.
• Effective communication skills.
• Access to high-speed internet for remote work.
• Experience with HST devices.
• Ability to educate staff and patients.
