Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Understanding of supply chain processes.
• Blue Yonder experience is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
