Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 11 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 9 years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years.
  • 3 years of electrophysiology mapping experience.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and instructional design software.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop impactful training programs.
  • Experience in medical device training and education.
  • Skills in collaboration and inclusion.
  • Capacity to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in training.
  • Passion for healthcare education.
