ABA Services Onboarding Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The ABA Services Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in welcoming and preparing new team members to succeed at MeBe. This role ensures that every new hire—especially Behavior Technicians—feels supported, informed, and connected from day one.

In Short

• Manage full-cycle onboarding, including background checks and document collection.
• Monitor and track candidate training completion.
• Improve the onboarding experience and streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and state-specific requirements.
• Address employee concerns and disputes in a professional manner.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
• Track and report HR and onboarding KPIs.
• Coordinate company events and communication.
• Support performance-related conversations and terminations.
• Provide data insights to support operational decisions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of HR or onboarding experience.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and onboarding best practices.
• Experience with payroll systems such as Paylocity.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Google Workspace and Canva skills preferred.
