In Short

• Work remotely as a Floating BCBA with a diverse caseload.
• Conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments.
• Develop and oversee customized treatment plans.
• Deliver ongoing professional development to RBTs.
• Provide parent coaching and guidance.
• Assess client progress through data analysis.
• Implement remote-first practices and workflows.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Maintain high-quality standards in service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery.
• Experience in delivering Behavior Skills Training remotely.
• Direct supervision experience with BTs/RBTs.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• AZ license required; VA, CA, and TX preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones.
