Overview

The Operations Senior Analyst for Client Access is responsible for handling requests related to clients gaining access to our suite of on-line system tools, ensuring satisfactory results for our Client Service Team and our Clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Knowledge of the healthcare and PBM industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong focus on customer service.
