The Clinical Analytics unit of Evernorth’s Data & Analytics organization is searching for an innovative Business Analytics Senior Advisor to bring best in class solutions to shape the future of Cigna’s Custom High Acuity Model (CHAM) for large, strategic national accounts.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in health insurance or healthcare analytics.
• Strong background in statistical modeling and data mining.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Proficient in SAS, R, Python, and SQL.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Experience with clinical and claims data preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to change.
