As a Provider Call Coaching Senior Analyst, you play a critical role in elevating the provider experience by bringing insight, empathy, and data-driven thinking to help teams perform at their best while driving meaningful improvements in service quality, efficiency, and outcomes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of Provider Call engagement or operations experience.
• Experience working in a virtual environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach and influence individuals and groups.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and knowledge of various systems.
