QA Engineer - Remote

Overview

MDCalc is a trusted clinical decision support platform used by clinicians worldwide. We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.

In Short

• Perform black-box testing of web and mobile applications.
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans and cases.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA team members.
• Participate in discussions on testability, risks, and product design.
• Help develop QA strategies for future testing capacity.

Requirements

• 3+ years in front-end web browser testing/debugging.
• Strong understanding of software QA principles.
• Proficiency with test automation tools, especially Playwright.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Clear communicator, able to surface issues effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time independently.
