Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified Professional Coder or Registered Health Information Technician accreditation required.
  • 2-5 years of professional coding experience.
  • Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCs modifiers.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with healthcare billing rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrated dependability and regular attendance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Competency with standard desktop and Windows-based computer systems.
