In Short

• Work to make clinical data sets robust and consumable by building data pipelines on various clinical datasets.
• Keep data labeling and model training humming by administering internal and external tools using SQL and Python.
• Implement data quality checks.
• Support ad-hoc analysis across data sources.
• Identify and communicate possible improvements to data sourcing, labeling, and training workflows.

Requirements

• The candidate should be able to dive deep into any problems with lots of data ambiguity, ask questions and come up with possible solutions.
• Moderate SQL skills.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.
• 1+ years of data engineering experience.
• BONUS: Experience with healthcare and clinical data, experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow/Dagster/Flyte), experience with Spark and Databricks.
