Change Management Lead - Remote

Overview

The Change Management Lead will be responsible for managing a portfolio of change programs at McDonald's UK & Ireland, coordinating change execution activities and driving an integrated Change Management approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field.
• PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• Experience in Change Management principles and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
• Resilient and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
• Experience managing program and project teams.
• Exceptional ability to influence others and drive alignment.
• Knowledge of McDonald’s change strategy is a plus.
• Ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences.
