In Short

• Drive technical accounting review for all new contracts.
• Research and interpret complex accounting issues.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Assist in implementation and documentation of internal controls.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and audits.
• Support global consolidations and international accounting team members.
• Manage team members effectively.
• Play a key role in public company readiness.
• Support other special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years working in corporate accounting/finance or public accounting.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience with PCAOB.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience with complex accounting topics.
• Experience writing technical accounting memos.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
