Overview

MaxMind is looking for a tech-savvy Customer Success Manager to improve user experiences and security on the internet by providing IP intelligence and risk data to online businesses.

In Short

  • Own relationships with about 200 customers.
  • Onboard new enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Leverage a consultative approach to help customers succeed.
  • Identify new expansion opportunities.
  • Gather product feedback and share insights across the organization.
  • Interact with Product, Sales, Support, and Business Development teams.
  • Report to the Customer Success Lead.
  • Work remotely while maintaining Eastern Time hours.
  • Participate in a performance-based bonus plan.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in customer success for B2B technology.
  • Ability to grasp and explain technical concepts quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and qualitative research skills.
  • Understanding of software and technology business models.
  • Preferred experience in fraud, ad-serving, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus.
