In Short

• Develop and execute a financial roadmap aligned with company mission.
• Lead annual and seasonal budget planning and forecasts.
• Own cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
• Define and track financial targets and KPIs.
• Craft compelling investor decks and board materials.
• Equip the organization with financial tools and literacy.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate financial plans into execution.
• Deliver actionable financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee tax compliance and audit preparation.
• Support capital planning and fundraising efforts.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Expertise in telehealth, ecommerce, SaaS, or D2C.
• Deep understanding of PC/MSO operations.
• Hands-on experience in hybrid cash and GAAP environments.
• Proven track record of driving margin improvement.
• Comfort in strategic planning and tactical execution.
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent credentials preferred.
