Overview

MAX USA Corp is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the North Midwest region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing regional staff, and executing strategic initiatives aligned with the national sales plan.

In Short

  • Own all sales activities, customer relationships, and profitability within the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement regional and territory-level sales plans.
  • Grow sales and profit based on National Sales Plan.
  • Recruit, train, and manage Regional Sales Executives and Jobsite Specialists for the region.
  • Search for new distributors as needed.
  • Regularly travel within the region to support field teams and customers.
  • Represent MAX USA Corp at national and regional trade shows and industry events.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, including expense reports, dealer visit summaries, show reports, CRM updates, and sales confirmations for region.
  • Manage promotional budget.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support product research and field testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with regional or national territory experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Experience developing promotions, conducting field training, and coordinating jobsite visits and open houses.
