• Establish accurate claim and expense reserves
• Minimum 5 years of full handle desk adjusting experience required
• Experience managing fire and other complex claims

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of full handle desk adjusting experience handling personal property claims
• Experience managing fire and other complex claims
• Experience working with large national contractors
• Litigative experience considered an asset
• Ability to coach and mentor more junior adjusters
• A strong fundamental understanding of building construction
• Experience with Xactimate estimates
• The ability to be empathetic to our customers in their time of need
