RFP Operations Contractor - Remote

Overview

Maven is looking for a RFP Operations Contractor, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, who will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business for Maven with employer and payer clients.

In Short

• Lead RFP operations for incoming employer and health plan business.
• Own project management and maintenance of Maven’s RFP management platform.
• Own reporting on proposal pipeline and status.
• Identify and summarize proposal requirements.
• Schedule meetings with key proposal contributors.
• Create project management schedules and meeting agendas.
• Communicate quickly and professionally with all stakeholders.
• Finalize all documents for production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in product marketing, operations, or project management roles.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing workstreams in Slack, Loopio, and Google Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
