Director of Product, Maternity Program - Remote

Overview

Maven is looking for a Product Lead for the Maternity Program who will own and elevate Maven's maternity offering by obsessing over the member experience, consolidating roadmaps, driving cross-functional progress, and acting as the program’s Directly Responsible Individual (DRI).

• Quantitatively define and understand user segments.
• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date roadmap for the Maternity Program.
• Act as a bridge across teams to drive initiatives forward.
• Serve as the DRI for the Maternity Program.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure the roadmap reflects company goals.
• Plan and lead clinical roadmapping sessions.
• Foster effective collaboration across departments.
• Represent the program in executive reviews.
• Drive innovation to enhance member experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Deep empathy for member journeys.
• Exceptional analytical and qualitative skills.
• Proven ability to manage roadmaps and track dependencies.
• Outstanding collaboration and facilitation skills.
