Client Delivery Manager - Remote

In Short

• Own client implementations for direct employer and partners.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to onboard client partners.
• Define and develop implementation plans with templates and processes.
• Lead client implementations and build relationships.
• Ensure quality and satisfaction on all client implementations.
• Identify and drive resolution to implementation risks.
• Implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
• Manage inbound and outbound client files accurately.
• Roll up your sleeves and execute full-scale projects.
• Meet or exceed operational KPIs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in operations, client delivery, or project management.
• Healthcare expertise and understanding of digital health solutions.
• Strong operational skills, including project management.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with business judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to solve challenging problems.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong educational track record.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
