• Drive the reliability, quality, and efficiency of software release processes.
• Work closely with development, QA, operations, and security teams.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust release pipelines.
• Ensure software changes are built, tested, packaged, and delivered reliably.
• Blend technical expertise with process optimization and tooling improvements.
• Shape and enforce best practices around release processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and optimize CI/CD performance.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in release engineering or related software functions.
• Strong understanding of software release engineering principles.
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language.
• Experience with modern build systems and containerization.
• Hands-on experience managing source control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and time zones.
