Overview

As a Data Analyst on the Product Analytics Team at Match Affinity, you will utilize data to understand user behaviors and improve user retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights for product development.

• Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, CRM, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Consult on A/B tests and support initiatives from concept to market.
• Present technical content to business stakeholders.
• Own revenue and retention strategies for products.
• Apply statistical methodologies to derive insights.
• Research customer behavior through metrics analysis.
• Support products like Chispa, BLK, Upward, and Yuzu.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SQL experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Exposure to applied statistics and statistical tools (Python/SPSS/SAS/R is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and self-starter attitude.
• Ability to understand business impacts and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in product analytics for digital applications preferred.
• Fluent English is required.
