In Short

• Looking for a seasoned Recruiter (Temp) to support high-priority hiring.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions including G&A, Tech, and Marketing.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-impact role that allows for collaboration across the business.
• Run efficient and inclusive hiring processes that reflect company culture.
• Utilize recruiting tech suite including Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Full-time temporary position lasting 6-9 months.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience in DEI sourcing/recruiting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in using Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Committed to inclusive hiring and equitable candidate experiences.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet connection required.
