• Lead rapid experimentation and product execution for On Call and other innovation initiatives.
• Design and validate hypotheses through lean MVPs and in-market testing.
• Collaborate across engineering, data, design, and the AI teams to build new learning experiences.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to drive iteration and product decisions.
• Champion AI-first approaches to prototyping, roleplay design, and prompting.
• Balance execution with long-term thinking, adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer tech or early-stage environments.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a strong bias toward action and experimentation.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills grounded in user needs and data.
• Collaborative communicator who thrives in highly cross-functional settings.
• Curious or existing experience with AI and LLM-based products or prompt design.
