The Billing Support Analyst is responsible for managing customer account setups for billing, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and resolving customer inquiries effectively while working night shifts.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Billing or Accounts Receivable.
  • Degree in Financial Management or Accounting preferred.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Customer-facing experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to work night shifts.
