• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and functional specifications.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Develop and execute functional and regression tests for Java-based software components.
• Perform manual testing, identify defects, and document issues with clear steps for reproduction.
• Collaborate with development teams to address and resolve defects and issues.
• Conduct performance and scalability testing to ensure software meets performance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
• Provide feedback and insights into the software development process to improve product quality.

Requirements

• +3 years of proven experience as a QA Functional Tester.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design, and defect tracking.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience with automation tools is a plus.
