QA Functional Tester - Remote

In Short

• Develop test cases.
• Execute functional tests.
• Execute API tests.
• Execute stress tests.
• Communicate progress to Product Management, Project Manager, Product Owner.
• Review functional documentation.
• Review user stories with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Review system use case diagrams in requirements gathering and software design proposals.
• Maintain continuous communication with the software development team.
• Execute visual and logical tests with the software development team.

Requirements

• Technical degree or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in system development and implementation testing, preferably in the health and insurance sector.
• Experience with continuous integration tools like Git and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Experience with stress testing of distributed applications.
• Experience with API testing.
• Familiarity with API concepts and Postman tool.
• Experience working with agile teams.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in San Isidro, Lima, Peru.
