We are recruiting for a dynamic, mission aligned leader to join us as Audience Manager – Church Mobilisation. This is a new, pivotal role in strengthening our connection with Churches globally and helping to grow our worldwide movement.

• Shape and lead our global Church Mobilisation Strategy.
• Build strong partnerships with National Affiliates.
• Strengthen visibility within Church networks.
• Create inspiring resources for parishes and Church organisations.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Communications, and Product teams.
• Oversee presence at major international faith events.
• Cultivate relationships with religious orders and faith networks.
• Gather insights and monitor emerging trends.

Requirements

• Experience with faith-based or community groups.
• Proven experience in strategy development and programme delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills across cultures.
• Excellent communication and resource development skills.
• Experience in delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• A strong solutions focus and self-motivation.
