WI Remote Clinical Therapist

Overview

This role is completely remote and requires Mental Health Clinical Licensure in WI. Marvin provides digital behavioral health services over telemedicine to medical first responders across the United States, designing unique treatment plans for each client.

In Short

• Conduct individual psychotherapy over telemedicine.
• Develop therapeutic treatment plans for healthcare workers.
• Maintain appropriate records.
• Focus on patient care while Marvin handles credentialing, referrals, and billing.
• Must be a licensed therapist in Wisconsin.
• At least two years of clinical experience required.
• Experience with healthcare professionals or first-responders preferred.
• Open to learning new skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills are a plus.
• Experience with telemedicine tools is preferred.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed therapist (LICSW/ LCSW/ LMFT/ LMHC/PsyD/PhD) in Wisconsin.
• At least two years of clinical experience treating individuals.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals or first-responders.
• Desire to learn and share experience among a diverse team.
• Open to learning new skills.

Benefits

• Compensation of $55-70/hr for LCSW/LICSW/LMFT/LMHC.
• Compensation of $70-80/hr for PsyD or PhD Psychologists.
