Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; additional language preferred.
  • Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where required.
  • Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and coach a sales team.
  • Proficient in sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment.
