Overview

This role involves supporting the CEO with operations and project management, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met while coordinating various projects across the organization.

In Short

  • Serve as the CEO’s right-hand person managing their schedule and communications.
  • Track CEO commitments and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate podcast appearances and manage social media content publishing.
  • Work cross-functionally to meet project milestones and dependencies.
  • Utilize project management tools to track projects from kickoff to deployment.
  • Plan and manage project meetings and documentation.
  • Identify at-risk projects and facilitate decision-making.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders effectively.
  • Document outcomes of third-party contractor calls as needed.
  • Ensure all action items are addressed and closed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or executive assistance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • Comfort with social media platforms and content publishing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High degree of discretion in handling sensitive communications.
  • Preferred experience with podcast coordination workflows.
  • Familiarity with SaaS development cycles or Agile methodologies.
