• Support engineering and business teams by keeping priorities clear and tasks organized.
• Maintain structured, up-to-date project documentation.
• Organize tasks in project management tools (Jira, Asana) and track deadlines.
• Ensure projects align with departmental and company OKRs.
• Build good working relationships across teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a tech company in project coordination or similar roles.
• Problem-solving attitude and prioritization skills.
• General understanding of how tech companies operate.
• Experience with task/project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and structured work habits.
• Ability to work with different personalities.
• Proactive and reliable attitude.
