  • Strong technical mindset and Apple enthusiast.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.

  • Understanding of small business operations.

  • Experience with Marketcircle products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with support tools like HelpScout and TeamViewer.
  • Knowledge of technical tools like PSQL and SQLite.
