Mark43 is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect - Infrastructure to join our Integrations Architecture team, where you will design and advise on infrastructure that supports critical customer interfaces, impacting public safety organizations.

In Short

• Design and advise on infrastructure for customer interfaces.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture.
• Proficient in AWS services and container orchestration.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience with Terraform and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure and networking.
• Familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth2).
• Experience in Linux and Windows administration.
• Ability to document and codify patterns for team use.
• Flexible and creative problem-solving skills.
