Solution Architect IT Infrastructure - Remote

Overview

The Solution Architect IT Infrastructure at KOSTAL Group will be responsible for planning and optimizing the system landscape, ensuring high availability of infrastructure and virtualization server systems.

In Short

• Ensure high availability of the VMware virtualization environment.
• Manage company-wide Active Directory and MS Exchange environments.
• Create strategies for operating the MS Windows server environment.
• Lead the operations team in IT infrastructure management.
• Provide 2nd level support for IT infrastructure issues.
• Develop access control concepts and ensure documentation availability.
• Support IT projects and monitor KPIs.
• Maintain compliance and security of IT operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.
• Respond to technical problems to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in server and virtualization administration.
• Deep knowledge of VMware, HyperV, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud technologies.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
