In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries from various sources.
  • Use Marco Polo to gain product expertise.
  • Collect user feedback and share insights with teams.
  • Work between 20 and 29 hours a week.
  • Provide exceptional customer support.
  • Experience with consumer and business products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Flexible schedule including Saturdays.
  • 100% remote position available anywhere in North America.

Requirements

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer support.
  • Experience supporting consumer products; business products experience is a plus.
  • Ability to identify and resolve customer inquiries quickly.
  • Positive, warm, and friendly attitude.
  • Desire to become a Marco Polo product expert.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Flexible work schedule including Saturdays.
