The HSE Client Lead is a client-facing role responsible for designing, shaping, and overseeing bespoke Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) compliance solutions aligned to each client’s operational needs and risk appetite.

Requirements

  • Experience in Real Estate or Facilities Management.
  • Lead or Internal Auditor qualifications.
  • Technical membership of bodies such as IOSH, IEMA.
  • Proven experience in report production for Directors and Clients.
  • Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle.
  • Understanding of ISO requirements such as 14001, 45001.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
