Requirements

• 7+ years of practicing attorney experience.
• Experience in sales-side commercial transactions at a technology company.
• Technical degree in computer engineering, computer science, or similar.
• Experience with APIs and SDKs is highly valued.
• Proven ability to handle complex sales deals.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Practical and customer-centric negotiation style.
• Willingness to engage in a variety of legal issues.
• Background in a pre-IPO company is beneficial.
