Project Manager & QA - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will manage and oversee a team of designers and a portfolio of clients, ensuring quality and timely delivery of design projects.

In Short

• Manage a team of 10+ designers.
• Oversee a portfolio of 80+ clients.
• Ensure workload management and task assignment.
• Perform quality control on design deliverables.
• Conduct performance reviews for team members.
• Provide training and onboarding for team members.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in graphic and/or web design.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Leadership/Management role.
• Ability to use tools such as G Suite, Adobe Suite, Slack, Asana, Notion.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Motivated and a team player.
• Fast learner with adaptability to change.
• Strong personality with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent English communication skills.
