Senior Tax Credit Equity Asset Manager - Remote

Overview

The Asset Manager function will support various tax credit equity investments such as LIHTC, HTC, NMTC, and RETCs, working closely with the tax credits investment team.

• Manage tax credit equity investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in tax credit asset management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer focus and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
