Senior Tax Credit Equity Asset Manager - Remote

Overview

The Asset Manager will support various tax credit equity investments, working closely with the tax credits investment team to manage due diligence, investment tracking, and post-construction compliance.

In Short

• Manage tax credit equity investments including LIHTC, HTC, NMTC, and RETCs.
• Order and track third-party reports for investment underwriting.
• Maintain and track a due diligence list for prospective investments.
• Represent the bank on investment closing calls.
• Monitor project construction phases and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Prepare investment packages for post-stabilization management.
• Coordinate with various internal departments for investment documentation.
• Ensure all required reports and tax forms are completed post-construction.
• Promote diversity and maintain internal control standards.
• Train and develop junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in tax credit asset management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer focus and decision-making ability.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and business systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills preferred.
