Senior Product Leader, SVP (Enterprise Transformation Enablement) - Remote

Overview

Are you a strategic, visionary product leader passionate about driving cultural transformation and enabling agility at scale? Join our Transformation Enablement team as a Senior Product Leader, where you’ll lead the product strategy behind “The Way We Work” – our enterprise-wide initiative to evolve mindsets, behaviors, and practices across the organization. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee a suite of internal-facing products and experiences (inclusive of applications, tooling and learning) that empower teams to work more collaboratively, iteratively, and customer-centrically.

In Short

• Lead the Product Vision & Strategy for internal transformation offerings.
• Own and evolve the product roadmap for tools and learning experiences.
• Lead and develop a team of 3-5 direct-report Product Owners.
• Foster a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
• Champion agile practices and design thinking.
• Prioritize and align backlogs across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and business partners.
• Remove blockers and enable team success.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and scalable transformation practices.
• Prepare for at least monthly travel based on business demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10 or more years of business, analytical, technical and/or product experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams.
• 10+ years of product management experience preferred.
• Proven success managing internal-facing products.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking principles.
• Strong background in change management and process improvement.
• Agile and Change Management certifications preferred.
• Experience leading application design and configuration.
• Passionate about cultural change and enabling teams.
