Overview

The Relationship Banker identifies customers' needs through the bank’s retail sales process to provide proactive basic sales solutions and enhance customer experiences.

• Identify customer needs and provide sales solutions
• Manage customer relationships and enhance branch customer experience
• Conduct customer assessments and profiling for sales opportunities
• Perform customer outreach via email and phone
• Onboard new customers and schedule appointments

• Meet registration requirements under the Federal SAFE Act

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 2 years retail sales or customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized with time management skills
• Demonstrated financial services product knowledge
• Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
• Proficient with internet user-level technology
• Associates degree preferred
• Bilingual based on branch needs preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to heavy objects
