• Drive the Debit Modernization initiative and optimize legacy systems.

• Act as the voice of the customer in product development.

• Maintain backlog for legacy debit systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in business, analytical, technical, or product roles.
• 2+ years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Strong experience with Agile routines and Solution Planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with API development (Java, .NET, or similar).
• Understanding of mainframe development.
• Background in debit processing or fintech.
• Familiarity with design thinking.
• Servant leadership mindset.
