Float Teller - Remote

Overview

As a Float Teller, you will specialize in our branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, transactional processing and retail servicing interactions.

In Short

• Provide exceptional service to branch customers.
• Process a variety of financial transactions accurately.
• Travel between branches to assist staff as needed.
• Educate customers on self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and customer interaction.
• Handle escalated account service issues until resolved.
• Complete branch-related operational activities.
• Maintain compliance with AML, BSA, and KYC regulations.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Ability to travel between branches.
• Proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service ability.
• Well-organized with time management skills.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual preferred based on branch needs.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects weighing 5lbs – 30lbs.
