The Affluent Market Regional Manager directs sales management over a retail market, designing and implementing strategies to promote business and securities sales for the assigned geographic region. This role focuses on driving sales and personnel development while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years’ experience in sales.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65/66 Licenses or attainment within 12 months.
• Pertinent state Life Insurance license.
• Master's degree preferred.
