Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer, you will help build and maintain modern web applications using Ruby on Rails 7.2. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle, turning product requirements into production-ready features. This includes building clean APIs, creating interactive front-end features with Hotwire, Turbo Streams, and Stimulus, and writing well-tested, maintainable code. You’ll join a collaborative remote team working on projects in the insurance and fintech space, where your contributions will have a direct impact on real users.
