Customer Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Mangomint, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and empathy.

In Short

• Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries from customers, primarily through chat and calls.
• Increase product and industry knowledge for expert-level support.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues.
• Document and share customer issues and solutions.
• Provide personalized solutions and follow-ups for customer satisfaction.
• Work Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm, HST.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a software support position.
• Ability to learn quickly and an “I’ll figure it out” attitude.
• Work autonomously while collaborating effectively.
• Thrive under pressure when tackling complex challenges.
• Passion for connecting with diverse people.
• Strong written communication skills.
