Corporate Counsel – SaaS Contracts - Remote

Overview

Mango Languages is hiring a Corporate Counsel with deep experience in SaaS and commercial contracts. In this role, you’ll review and negotiate a high volume of sales agreements, vendor contracts, and RFPs, while supporting internal legal needs across various departments.

In Short

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts including SaaS agreements.
• Support Sales team with contract review and customer legal terms.
• Provide legal support to internal teams on policy interpretation and compliance.
• Help maintain contract templates and legal guidance documents.
• Support ISO 27001 certification and data privacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance and Security teams on contract alignment.
• Proofread and quality-check contracts for accuracy.
• Contribute to improving legal operations and workflows.
• Be available occasionally outside standard business hours.
• 6+ years of legal experience required.

Requirements

• JD and bar admission in good standing (any U.S. state).
• Strong understanding of liability, indemnity, IP, and data privacy.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple agreements.
• Clear communicator with proficiency in MacBook and Google Workspace.
• Experience with B2B SaaS companies preferred.
