Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and data-obsessed Email Marketing Associate with at least 3 years of experience to join our fast-growing team. Your primary focus will be to help drive customer retention, revenue growth, and brand loyalty through highly effective email and SMS marketing.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of direct email marketing experience.
  • Expertise in Klaviyo, including flows and segmentation.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent QA skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on actionable insights.
  • Understanding of direct response marketing principles.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
